【摘 要】 目的：分析男性不育患者精液检验参数的变化及临床意义。方法：选择2017年10月 -2019年12月收治的男性不育患者150例作为观察组，同时间段选取150男性健康者作为对照组，对比分析两组受检者的精液检验结果。结果：观察组受检者的精液量、活精子率、精子活动力正常率和精子正常形态率等指标均显著低于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论：对男性不育患者检验其精液参数变化能够显示出精液状态，有利于临床后续制定有针对性的治疗方案，具有临床应用价值。
